VJ Books Presents Author Peter Bonventre!

Peter Bonventre has had a long and notable career in journalism. He has worked as a Sportswriter at Newsweek, senior editor at Life Magazine, and editorial director at Entertainment Weekly. In addition, Bonventre has been a pop culture commentator on ESPN, and a writer and producer at ABC Sports, where he won 3 Emmys for his work.

While at ABC Sports, Bonventre also co-authored sports journalist Howard Cosell's memoir, I Never Played the Game (1985). He recently published his first novel, Where Have You Gone Without Me? (2021), a mystery/thriller following New York journalist Eddie Sabella.

Bonventre lives in Manhattan and Bronxville, N.Y., with his wife, Donna Olshan.
