Meet Kurt Austin, Team Leader of NUMA's Special Assignments division - a job that ensures he is no stranger to danger above or below the waves. Join him, along with his partner Joe Zavala on assignments that find them traveling across the globe, confronting any number of bad guys who employ any and all means to exploit the world's resources. Assisted by familiar characters including Admiral Sandecker, Rudi Gunn, Hiram Yaeger and St. Julien Perlmutter, with an occasional appearance by Dirk Pitt, Austin is determined that the world will remain safe on his watch.
The first book in the series, SERPENT, followed by six more, were written with Paul Kemprecos. The next eight including the winter 2015 release, THE PHARAOH'S SECRET are co-authored by Graham Brown.
With disaster close at hand, follow Kurt Austin and the NUMA team as they race to find the source of the latest threat to mankind - if they fail, the world will literally be torn apart.
