I was admittedly elated when this book was published. My love for the macabre started early, so I had read Rosemary's Baby when I was in grade school. Levin writes of Rosemary's offspring, Andy, as only the son of Satan could be portrayed. Though appearing to be quite opposite in nature from his evil father, looks are deceiving. A wolf in sheep's clothing, it may be too late for his plan to be stopped. Guising under the light of all things good, manipulation and and deception fuel Andy's wicked plot of damnation.
Horror stories have evolved over the years, and while we are not quite left to our own devices here, this book is still a page-turning conclusion that answers the question, for any who've wondered, whatever became of Rosemary's baby? Sort of. There's a huge twist to the ending and without giving too much away, I'll only sday that it ties the two books together with finality.
