 Danielle Trussoni is from Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin_Madison summa cum laude with a BA in History and English. She received her MFA in Fiction Writing from the Iowa Writers' Workshop.
Trussoni is an award winning memoirist and novelist. She is the author of the New York Times Bestsellers, Angeology and Angelopolis, and the award-winning memoir Falling Through the Earth.
Her writing has appeared in the New York Times Book Review, The Guardian, The New York Times Magazine, and the Tin House, among other publications.
Her second memoir, The Fortress, will be released September 2016.
Trussoni has lived extensively in Japan, Bulgaria, England, and France. She currently lives in New York City.
