Author Chuck HoganChuck Hogan is the author of several acclaimed novels, including Devils in Exile and The Killing Moon. The Town was awarded the Hammett Prize for excellence in crime writing, and named one of the ten best novels of the year by Stephen King.

Prince of Thieves (2004) was adapted into Ben Affleck's Academy Award-nominated film The Town (2010), The work also won the 2005 Hammett Prize

He is also the co-author, with Guillermo del Toro, of the international bestseller The Strain. The Strain trilogy has now been adapted into the FX network TV series The Strain (2014).

He lives with his family outside Boston.
