VJ Books Presents Author C.L. Taylor (aka Cally Taylor)!

Cally Taylor was born in Worcester, England. As a young child she was inspired to start writing by authors like Enid Blyton and Jayne Fisher. Taylor studied Psychology at the University of Northumbria, Newcastle. Besides writing novels she has worked in medical publishing, graphic design, web development, and instructional design.

Short fiction is where Taylor began her writing career, and with the publication of Heaven Can Wait (2009), she ventured into the arena of novels. She wrote a second romantic comedy under the name Cally Taylor, and then switched to writing psychological thrillers as C.L. Taylor, starting with The Accident (2014). She has now written more than a half a dozen thrillers for adults as well as two for teens. Taylor now writes full time, doing her wordsmithing in her study, on trains, and in hotel rooms, and even on her treadmill.

Taylor lives in Bristol with her partner and their young son.
