VJ Books Presents Author Baine P. Kerr!
 Baine Kerr is a fiction writer, lecturer, and attorney. He is a graduate of Stanford University where he studied creative writing.
Kerr has specialized in civil litigation for plaintiffs since law school. He spent a sabbatical year as an elections supervisor in Bosnia and as a journalist covering the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague.
He wrote two thriller novels, Harmful Intent and Wrongful Death, and also published short stories.
