VJ Books Presents Author Aaron Johnston!

Aaron Johnston Aaron Johnston is a writer and film producer. He was mentored for several years by author Orson Scott Card, with whom he continues to work closely. The two wrote several of the Formic Wars novels together as well as the novel Invasive Procedures (2007). Johnson has a number of comics set in the Enderverse, and was an associate producer on the film adaptation of Ender's Game. He also wrote a play based on one of Card's short stories, Lifeloop, which was performed at Western Illinois University.

Besides contributing to the Enderverse, Johnston has also worked on screenplay adaptations of stories such as Alvin Maker, Sarah: Woman of Genesis, and The Multiple Man. He enjoys performing improvisational theater and has been a member of the Improv Factory in LA, Santa Clarita Improv, and the Garrens Comedy Troupe.

He and his wife are the parents of four children.
